Paizo employees have their recognition, but the hardest fights might still be on the horizon.

The worker victory skips a lengthy and often nasty voting period, skipping straight to contract negotiation.

Staff say they are “underpaid for their labor, required to live in one of the most expensive cities in the United States, and subjected to untenable crunch conditions on a regular basis”.

“No employee will ever be fired for whistleblowing or advocating for employee safety and wellbeing, and we have never fired an employee for doing so.”
